Introduction:
Mobile cone crusher is composed of a high-efficiency cone crusher, a high-performance vibrating screen, a belt conveyor, a motor and a control box. It is mainly used for recycling of mines, coal mines, garbage and construction waste, earth and stone works, urban infrastructure, roads or construction sites. The mobile cone crusher is mainly used in the field of fine crushing. In the production of sand and gravel, it produces higher hardness and finer grain sand and gravel products according to different stones and the use of finished products.

Working principle:
How does mobile cone cruhser plant work? In the mining and quarry industry, mobile stone crusher plant is composed of primary crushing and screening station and secondary one, belt conveyor, etc. Every crushing station is an independent working unit, they can respectively assume their different responsibility, and the belt conveyor is responsible for material transmitting and piling up between each crushing station. Mobile cone crusher plant is usually as secondary crushing machine to process rocks or ores from priamry jaw crusher plant. After cone crusher machine crushing, hard crushed stone is fed to vibrating screen to get different size material, 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm or some other required size. Vibrating screen is designed to be same level with cone crusher. The oversized material from first layer could be fed to cone crusher directly to crush again. Other required size is sent to stock ground by belt conveyor. Compared to stationary stone crusher plant, iIt has good mobility and can extend together with the raw materials site or construction site and has many types of combinations to satisfy the processing needs of different materials.
