6S Sand Making Machine

Introduction:

6S series sand making machine is a crushing equipment with low unit cost and high crushing efficiency developed on the basis of the original high-performance VSI series, combined with the actual operation of the equipment under different working conditions and the feedback and suggestions of operators. By improving the feeding method, optimizing the crushing cavity type, adopting a new rotor design, and installing a lifting device, the machine has significantly reduced the material flow resistance, improved the material passing capacity, reduced the wear rate of wearing parts, extended the maintenance cycle, and shortened Maintenance time. It has now become a representative high-performance crushing and sand making equipment among sand making machines.

Working principle:

After the material is continuously transported to the distributor above the sand making machine, it forms a natural accumulation in the distributor (full cavity feeding), and then naturally falls from the center and surrounding of the distributor into the crushing chamber of the sand making machine. After the material entering from the center of the distributor enters the impeller, it is rapidly accelerated by the high-speed rotating impeller, and then ejected from the impeller at dozens of times the acceleration of gravity. The material thrown out at high speed first completes the first impact crushing (stone hitting stone) with the material falling freely from all around the distributor, and then impacts the peripheral guard plate inside the vortex chamber together to complete the second crushing (stone hitting iron). The material that continuously impacts the peripheral guard plate is constantly reflected back, and collides again with the material ejected at high speed from the center of the impeller, forming continuous and uninterrupted crushing. In this way, after a piece of material is impacted and crushed multiple times in the vortex chamber, the finished product is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the sand making machine.

The hydraulic lifting device and the hydraulic motor seat adjustment device can greatly shorten the downtime, making it time-saving and labor-saving for customers to use.

5. Optional vibration detection alarm device can issue a warning if the equipment fails to operate properly, so that the equipment can stop working quickly to achieve the purpose of protecting the machine.

6. Thin oil lubrication station, dual oil pumps complement oil supply, automatic oil detection, to ensure no oil flow, no oil pressure automatic protection. The oil cooling and heating device ensures that the bearing lubrication is always in the best state, extending the bearing maintenance cycle and service life.

7. The vibration during operation is very small, and the requirements for the bearing foundation are very low.

8. The flexible conversion of the crushing principle of "stone hitting stone" and "stone hitting iron" can be applied not only to traditional quarries and mineral processing enterprises, but also to industrial ore and crushing fields.
