Modular Type Cone Crusher Station

Introduction:

The modular cone crushing station uses a hydraulic high-speed cone crushing mainframe, which is particularly suitable for multi-point quarries that require equipment to be regularly moved between different locations. Standard trucks can easily tow it away. According to the different models of the cone crushing station, modular equipment base structures are designed in a standardized manner. The modular station has a beautiful and simple structure, and all independent workpieces are fastened with bolts for easy installation, disassembly and transportation. Standardized intermediate silos and feed hopper module units can also be configured according to the system design process requirements. The modular station is designed with ladders, handrails and surrounding walkways to facilitate inspection and maintenance of any part of the cone crushing module station.

Working principle:

The modular stone crushing and screening plant are bolted together on site. During operation, the main machine and auxiliary equipment are driven by power to operate. Materials enter the crushing mainframe from the hopper or belt conveyor for primary crushing. Then the crushed material is discharged to modular screening plant by belt conveyor. The required size is screened and transferred to truck or piles.

4. Integrated motor installation

The integrated installation method of the motor base and the crusher frame not only saves the installation space of the jaw crusher. Moreover, due to the synchronous movement of the frame, the motor base and the motor, and the adjustable motor base, the tension of the V-belt can be adjusted so that the service life of the V-belt is longer.
