YA Circular Vibrating Screen
Introduction:
YA circular vibrating screen is a new type of vibrating screen with multiple layers and high efficiency. The machine adopts a cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and an eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The material screen has a long flow line and a variety of screening specifications. It has reliadble structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, strong dularbility and convenient maintenance.

Mining, smelting, metallic minerals, building, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries.
Working principle:
The motor makes the eccentric block of the vibrator rotate at high speed through the V-belt. The running eccentric block generates a large centrifugal force, which excites the screen box to produce circular motion with amplitude. The material on the screen is subjected to the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface, and produces continuous throwing motion. In the process of the material meeting the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen hole are screened, thereby achieving classification.
Advantages:
The structure is novel, and the eccentric block is used as the exciting force, which has strong exciting force.
The structure adopts small amplitude, high frequency, and large inclination angle, so the screening efficiency is high, the processing capacity is large, the service life is long, the power consumption is low, and the noise is low.
The spring steel woven screen or punched screen plate is used, which has a long service life and is not easy to block the holes; by replacing the screens with different apertures, different specifications of finished products can be produced.
Thin oil lubrication ensures that the bearing lubrication is always in the best state, thereby solving the problems of bearing heating, keeping the main shaft bearing at a constant temperature, and extending the maintenance cycle and service life.
The side panel adopts the whole plate laser cutting technology, without welding, and the structural parts are riveted with high-strength bolts, with high strength.
