YGM High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill

Introduction:

YGM high pressure grinding mill is also called high-pressure suspension roller mill, which is improved on the basis of R series Raymond mill. Through high pressure spring pressure, increasing the grinding roller centrifugal force on the material grinding pressure , YGM raymond mill is especially suitable for processing Mohs hardness level 7, humidity below 6% of all kinds of non-flammable and explosive minerals, such as barite, limestone, ceramics, slag and other materials of fine powder processing. The particle size of the finished product is adjusted in the range of 80-425 mesh. The particle size of the material ground by the Raymond mill is relatively fine and uniform, and the finished product can well meet the material requirements of various fields.

Working principle:

In the main machine of YGM grinding mill, the roller hanger is fastened with a high-pressure spring of 1000-1500 kg. After starting to work, the roller rotates around the main axis and rolls close to the grinding ring under the action of the high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. Its rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of Raymond mill under the same power conditions, so the output is greatly improved. When the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is scooped up by the shovel and sent to the grinding roller and grinding ring for rolling. The rolled powder is brought into the analyzer with the circulating air of the blower. The qualified fine powder flows into the cyclone powder collector with the air and is the finished product. The large particles fall back to the grinding.
