Three-pass Rotary Dryer
Introduction:
Three-pass dryer, also known as the three-drum dryer, is composed of three concentric drums with different diameters nested together. It is developed on the basis of the single-drum dryer. Three-drum dryer is mainly used to dry granular materials within a certain humidity range, such as the dry mortar industry, various specifications of molding sand used in the foundry industry, small-grained clay used in the building materials cement industry, and small-grained materials used in the chemical industry that do not undergo chemical changes and are not afraid of high temperature and smoke.

Applicable materials:
Ore, slag, coal, metal powder, clay, straw, forage, corn paste, starch residue, wine lees, medicine residue, fruit residue, organic compound fertilizer, sludge, aquatic product waste, food factory waste, organic fertilizer, various crystals, lime slurry, ore slurry, phosphate slag, aluminum plant red mud, etc.
Working principle:
The material enters the inner layer of the three-drum dryer from the feeding device. The material is continuously picked up and scattered under the inner layer's copying board in a spiral movement to achieve heat exchange. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material is repeatedly lifted in the middle layer, taking two steps forward and one step back. The material in the middle layer fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum and the heat of the middle drum, while extending the drying time. The material reaches a dry state here. Then the material falls into the outer layer from the other end of the middle layer. The material moves in a rectangular multi-circuit manner in the outer drum. The material that has achieved the drying effect moves quickly out of the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that has not achieved the drying effect cannot move quickly due to its own weight. The material is fully dried in this rectangular copying board, thereby achieving the purpose of drying.

The cylinder is designed to be self-insulated so that the thermal efficiency reaches more than 80%.
The product has a delicate structure and runs smoothly.
The drying effect is good, and the coal consumption per ton of dry material is less than 8KG.
The fuel can be coal, oil and gas. It can dry block materials and powder materials below 20mm.
Compared with the single-drum dryer, the floor space is reduced by about 50%, the civil engineering investment is reduced by about 50%, and the power consumption is reduced by less than 60%.
The required final moisture index can be easily adjusted according to user requirements.
The outlet temperature is low and the dust removal equipment has a long service life.
No large and small gears are required for transportation, and rollers are used for transportation.
The discharge temperature is lower than 60 degrees. Continuous production and packaging can be achieved.
