Single-pass Rotary Dryer

Introduction:

The single-pass dryer is also called single-drum dryer or rotary drum dryer, which is composed of a long drum. The material is driven by the drum to fully exchange heat with the high-temperature flue gas through the rotation of the drum and the lifting plate, so that the material is dried. It has the characteristics of good drying effect, large production capacity, high operation rate, energy saving and environmental protection, simple operation and maintenance, and long service life of the whole machine. The lifting plate combination device with various angles can greatly improve its heat exchange rate and shorten the drying time.

Applicable materials: 

Ore, slag, coal, metal powder, clay, straw, forage, corn paste, starch residue, wine lees, medicine residue, fruit residue, organic compound fertilizer, sludge, aquatic product waste, food factory waste, organic fertilizer, various crystals, lime slurry, ore slurry, phosphate slag, aluminum plant red mud, etc. 

Working principle:

The material enters the dryer through the feeding device. Since the cylinder is slowly rotating in an inclined state, the material moves from the high end to the low end in the axial direction. During the movement, the lifting plate continuously lifts, scatters and moves the material downward in the circumferential direction, so that the material and the air can fully exchange heat until the drying reaches below the specified humidity. The dried material is discharged from the discharging device.
