VSI Sand Making Machine

Introduction:

Working principle:

The material enters the hopper of the VSI sand making machine from the vibrating feeder, and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor, is rapidly accelerated in the impeller, and then hits the material lining in the vortex branch cavity together, is rebounded by the material lining, hits the top of the vortex cavity obliquely upward, and changes its movement direction, deflects and moves downward, and the material emitted from the impeller flow channel forms a continuous material curtain. In this way, a piece of material is hit, rubbed and ground and crushed twice or more times in the vortex crushing cavity.
