PFW Impact Crusher
Introduction:

Working principle:
When the material enters the action area of the blow bar from the feed port, it is first crushed by the high-speed impact of the blow bar, and the strong impact force throws the material to the impact plate for further crushing, and the material rebounded by the impact plate falls to the plate again. Continue to repeat the above process until the material is crushed to be smaller than the size of the discharge port, and it will be discharged from the discharge port due to its own weight.

One machine is dual-purpose. By adjusting the mounting position of the counterattack, coarse and medium fine crushing can be converted.
Hydraulic adjustanment: the clearance between the impact plate and the hammer is hydraulic is hydraulically adjusted, which is convenient and fast, and can effectively control the size of the discharge and the shape of the particles.
Easy maintenance: the rack is easy to open the convenient for maintenance inspection and replacecment of wearing parts inside the machine.
The feed opening is larger. When used as coarse crushing, it can replace jaw crusher as head crushing properly. The maximum feed can reach 1000mm.
When the construction waste material is broken, the unique rotor design and the large diameter feed port can effectivey prevent the rebar from being entangled, causing problems such as shutdown and difficult maintenance.
The hammer is made of high wear-resistant alloy material, which has a long service life, reduces wear and reduces production costs.
The crushing cavity adopts a unique vortex ”C“ cavity design, which makes the impact angle of the material more reasonable, improves the crushing efficiency, and greatly improves the grain shape and gradation of the finished product.
