PF Impact Crusher
Introduction:
By adopting advanced manufacturing technology and unique structural design, the finished product from impact crusher is cubic shape, no tension and crack, and the granular shape is quite good. Working principle:
When the material enters the plate hammer action area, the plate hammer on the high-speed rotating rotor produces a high-speed impact on the material sent into the crushing chamber and is crushed. The crushed material is thrown along the tangent direction at a high speed to the impact plate at the other end of the crushing chamber and is crushed again. Then it bounces back from the impact lining to the plate hammer action area and is crushed again. The materials enter the first, second, and third impact chambers from large to small and are repeatedly crushed. On the way back and forth, the materials also collide with each other. Due to the impact of the plate hammer, the impact of the impact plate and the collision between the materials, the materials continue to crack, loosen and crush. When the particle size of the material is smaller than the gap between the third impact plate and the plate hammer, it is discharged.
