Introduction:
Single cylinder cone crusher is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, highway, railroad, and water conservancy, etc. It can break or crush all kinds of medium hard or harder ore for mining, chemical building, materials and other industrial sectors. Working principle:
CH/CS series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of upper frame, middle frame, lower frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission, hydraulic cylinder and other parts. The horizontal shaft is driven by the motor to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the meshing of spiral bevel gears, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to rotate and swing, so as to achieve continuous extrusion crushing. DG series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher drives the moving cone to move up and down by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone to push the main shaft, adjust the distance between the moving cone and the fixed cone liner, so as to control the particle size of the product. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also has an overload protection function: when an unbreakable foreign body (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the accumulator is triggered to work, and the hydraulic cylinder automatically causes the moving cone to fall, thereby releasing the iron block, continuing to crush, and protecting the crusher.
Advantages:
The integrated design of hydraulic station and lubrication station saves equipment installation space. The optimized component layout and oil tank capacity make operation and maintenance simple and the operating cost lower.
The sliding bearing adopts a special oil wedge design to avoid direct friction contact between the shaft and the bearing. The reinforced frame structure and special bearing materials have large load-bearing capacity, high reliability and extend the service life of the equipment.
The laminated crushing principle is adopted to improve the product particle shape, and the product shape is cubic. Reasonable eccentricity, cavity type and motion parameter coordination greatly improve the production capacity and work efficiency of the equipment.
The discharge port adjustment and overload protection functions are integrated to simplify the structure and increase reliability. Each specification has a different cavity type to meet different crushing requirements and supply and discharge requirements. All maintenance is carried out from the top, which is simple to operate and easy to maintain.
The DG series cone crusher can adjust the applicable cavity type according to different material particle sizes. The same cone crusher can be used in the second, third and fourth stages of the production crushing process, and can produce finished products of different sizes to meet the different needs of customers.
By changing the stroke of the crusher, the amount of material passing through can be effectively controlled so that it can be coordinated with the operation of other crushing equipment, without jamming the machine and running stably, helping you to obtain the best feeding condition setting and ensure the maximum product output.
