Introduction:
HP multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a high-level crushing equipment developed by absorbing the world's crushing technology. It is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with hard, medium hardness and above. In the design, the rotation speed, stroke and crushing cavity type are optimized and combined to achieve inter-granular lamination crushing, significantly increasing the output and greatly improving the product shape.

Working principle:
When the HP hydraulic cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the V-belt, transmission shaft and bevel gear pair. The moving cone makes a swinging motion under the action of the eccentric sleeve, so that the moving cone and the fixed cone are sometimes close to each other and sometimes deviate from each other. The material is constantly squeezed and impacted in the crushing chamber and is crushed, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom.
Advantages:
Based on the structure of fixed main shaft and eccentric sleeve rotating around main shaft, the transmission parts and lubrication sealing structure are further optimized. The equipment has strong bearing capacity and can match better installed power, with higher efficiency and lower noise.
The combined design of crushing stroke, crushing speed and crushing cavity type increases the output by 35%-50% compared with the traditional cone crusher.
Through cavity optimization, the lamination crushing efficiency is improved by using the lamination crushing principle, the wear of wearing parts is reduced, and a better finished product particle shape and gradation are formed.
The equipment adopts hydraulic operation from cavity cleaning, overload protection to adjustment and locking. The work is more stable, reliable and precise, and the operation is convenient.
It is equipped with multiple medium and fine crushing cavities, combined with the lamination crushing principle, which better meets the process requirements of medium and fine crushing.
